SimpliBook connects customers with verified service providers for various home services including AC repair, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, cleaning, and more.
3. Booking and Payment
- Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp
- Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise specified
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking
- Prices are subject to change without notice
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled service
- Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a fee
- Refunds for unsatisfactory service are handled case-by-case
- No refunds for services already rendered
5. Service Provider Terms
- Service providers must be verified and certified
- Providers agree to our quality standards and code of conduct
- Providers are independent contractors, not employees
6. Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on all services. This warranty covers parts and labor for issues related to the original service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpliBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Harass or abuse our staff or service providers
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
