Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation Window

You can cancel your booking for free up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service amount.

No-Show Policy

If the customer is not available at the scheduled time and the technician waits for 30 minutes, it will be considered a no-show, and a fee of up to 100% of the service amount may be charged.

Refund Policy

Unsatisfactory Service

If you're unsatisfied with the service provided:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will review the issue and may send a technician for re-service
  • If re-service doesn't resolve the issue, partial or full refund may be issued

Service Not Delivered

If we fail to deliver the service as promised (technician doesn't arrive), you are entitled to a full refund.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

  • Service was partially completed
  • Genuine parts were not available
  • Customer and provider agree on partial completion

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after service is completed
  • Issues caused by pre-existing conditions not disclosed
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Services involving consumables that were used

  3. Reply "CANCEL" to your booking confirmation SMS

Refund Processing Time

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Bank Transfer: 2-3 business days
  • Cash Payments: Refund via bank transfer within 7 business days
Note: For Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), refunds are prorated based on unused months, minus a processing fee.
