How do I get my first order?
Complete registration → Download app → Subscribe to service → Set exact location. Orders come from customer inquiries near your area.
What if there are no orders in my area?
Simplibook is expanding. If no orders yet, stay subscribed. You will be notified when service is active in your area.
How is 10% commission calculated?
10% of final invoice amount. Example: If invoice is ₹5000, Simplibook charges ₹500. You keep ₹4500.
When do I get paid for online payments?
Within 2 HOURS after customer payment. Money available for withdrawal via payment gateway.
What if customer pays cash?
You receive full cash. Then pay 10% to Simplibook via payment link generated to you.
Can I work with my team?
Yes! Use Service Man app to manage team and accept multiple requests simultaneously.
Why exact location is important?
Simplibook matches nearest providers to customers. Wrong location = missed orders.
What is provider limit policy?
We limit providers per area to avoid unnecessary competition and ensure fair work distribution.
Do I need to pay anything to register?
No. Registration is FREE. You only pay 10% when you complete a job.
